Data Views for the Anomalous Jobs Tab

The Anomalous Jobs tab displays several tiles and a table that include information about anomalous jobs that take an unusually long time to complete in the CommCell environment. The number of anomalous jobs and the number of client computers where the anomalous jobs run appear at the top of the tab.

CommCell

The CommCell chart displays the number and percentage of anomalous jobs that are taking an unusually long time to complete in the CommCell environment.

Delay reasons of anomalous jobs

The Delay reasons of anomalous jobs chart displays the number and the percentage of anomalous jobs per delay reason in the CommCell environment.

Anomalous Jobs

The Anomalous Jobs table displays the job state and the delay reason for each backup job that is taking an unusually long time to complete in the CommCell environment.

Column

Description

CommCell

The name of the CommCell environment where the backup job is running.

Client

The name of the client computer where the backup job is running.

To go to the associated Server page for that client in the Command Center, click the client.

Subclient

The name of the subclient where the backup job is running.

To go to the associated Server page for that subclient in the Command Center, click the subclient.

Agent

The type of agent that is installed on the client computer.

Job ID

The ID of the job.

To go to the Job History tab, click the job ID.

State

The current state of the job, such as Queued, Pending, or Running.

Delayed (%)

The percentage of jobs that are delayed for the same reason.

Delay Reason

The reason that the job is delayed, such as backup activity is disabled on the client computer or the agent.

Duration (Min)

The amount of time that the job has run.
