Adding Customer Feedback on Profile Dashboard

Use the Customer Feedback feature to report your satisfaction with Commvault on a particular day or due to a particular event. Customer Satisfaction information is logged over the course of a year and used to improve customer relations.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Cloud Services Website, and then go to CommCell Dashboard > Companies > Company Name > Profile.

    The Profile Dashboard appears.

  2. Next to Customer Satisfaction, click Add Customer Satisfaction.

    The Customer Satisfaction dialog box is displayed.

  3. Next to Customer Satisfaction, move the slider to the right to increase the value of satisfaction, or move the slider to the left to decrease the value of satisfaction.
  4. In the Notes box, type details related to your feedback.
  5. Click Submit.
