Changing User Accounts for Exchange Agents

This procedure applies to the following Exchange agents:

  • Exchange Database
  • OnePass for Exchange Mailbox
  • Exchange Mailbox
  • Exchange Public Folder
  • Exchange Compliance Archiver
  • Exchange Public Folder Archiver
  1. From the CommCell Browser, expand Client Computers > client.
  2. Right-click Exchange, and then click Properties.

    The Properties dialog box appears.

  3. Click Change Account.
  4. Type the user name in the Exchange Administrator Account box.
  5. Type the password in the Password box and reenter it in the Confirm Password box.
  6. Click OK.
