Enabling Two-Factor Authentication at the CommCell Level (Administrator)

Applies To: Command Center

You can enable Two-Factor Authentication at the CommCell level. If you are a service provider for a multi-tenant CommCell environment, enabling Two-Factor Authentication at the CommCell level includes all the companies (organizations) in your environment.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Administration > CommCell.

   The CommCell properties page appears.

2. Under General, move the Enable two factor authentication toggle key to the right.
