Emailing Reports on Cloud Services
You can use email to send the current version of a report to users on the Cloud Services Portal.
Reports are attached to the email in the format that you select.
- Log on to the Cloud Service Portal, and then click Reports.
The Reports page appears.
- Click a report.
- At the top of the page, select File > Email.
The Email Report dialog box appears.
- Next to Format, select an output format for the report.
- In the Email Recipients box, enter one or more email addresses for the users who will receive the report.
Separate multiple email addresses with a semi-colon (;), a comma (,), or a blank space.
- Click Submit.
