Emailing Reports on Cloud Services

You can use email to send the current version of a report to users on the Cloud Services Portal.

Reports are attached to the email in the format that you select.


  1. Log on to the Cloud Service Portal, and then click Reports.

    The Reports page appears.

  2. Click a report.
  3. At the top of the page, select File > Email.

    The Email Report dialog box appears.

  4. Next to Format, select an output format for the report.
  5. In the Email Recipients box, enter one or more email addresses for the users who will receive the report.

    Separate multiple email addresses with a semi-colon (;), a comma (,), or a blank space.

  6. Click Submit.
