Generating Event Reports

You can use the summary report to view and export all the collected data from the participants including answers to the questions. You can download the report as an Excel sheet.

The summary report contains the following information:

  • number of participants who accepted or declined
  • guest information
  • response for each question
  • email addresses for participants who did not respond


  1. Log on to the Web Console.
  2. From the My Applications page, click Events Organizer.
  3. On the Events page in an event tile, click the number of responses out of the total participants (shown as a fraction) to view response details.
  4. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Export Summary to Excel.
