You can use alerts for Reports on Web Console to monitor important system information such as the Service Level Agreement (SLA) percentage or the amount of disk space available in your system.
You can configure alerts for most reports. However, you cannot configure alerts for a few reports, such as the Configuration Audit Reports. Report alert options might vary based on the purpose of the report data. Report alert notifications are sent out at the time you configure in the alert settings.
If you have multiple Private Metrics Reporting Servers associated with one host CommServe computer, then an alert created in one Private Metrics Reporting Server can be seen on the other Private Metrics Reporting Servers.
