Change/Enter User/Windows Account Information

For QR Agent with NAS, use this dialog box to change the account that is used during the discovery of network drives.

For the CommServe, use this dialog box to specify the user account to be used by the CommServe computer to access automatic updates or to specify the external domain user account for the Single Sign-On feature or the Content Indexing and Search feature.

For SharePoint Offline mining, use this dialog box to specify the user account that has privileges to access the SQL instance associated with the offline mining database.

Note that all the options described in this help may not be available and only the options displayed in the dialog box are applicable to the agent for which the information is being displayed.

User Name

For the CommServe, displays the name used to access automatic updates. For QR Agent with NAS, displays the name used during the discovery of network drives. You can use this space to modify this name.

Login Name

For NAS, displays the name of the user account that the system will use to log in to the filer to perform backups and restores. You can use this space to modify the user account. For the NetApp filer, you must use the root account.

User Account

For Active Directory, displays the name of the user account that you want the iDataAgent to use to access the server. You can use this space to modify the user account.

(New) Password (and Confirm Password)

Use the space(s) to type the correct user account password and, where relevant, retype it for confirmation.

Domain

For QR Agent with NAS, displays the domain that is (and must be) common to the NAS data server and the QR Agent machine. You can use this space to modify this domain.
