The CommCell Alerts Report displays all of the Information, Warning, and Critical alerts from CommCell environments over the last seven days. Information about the alerts includes the associated client and job ID, as well as the alert type, and the time the alert was detected. You can filter the information by CommCell Group and CommCell name.
Your alerts must be configured to save to cloud so that you can view them in this report.

You can view this report only on the Cloud Services Portal.
