The Version and Service Pack Report displays information about the software versions installed on each CommCell environment and the number of CommServe computers installed with each software version. Information also includes the number of active clients and the SLA percentage.
Where To Access The Report
This report is available with both Private Metrics Reporting and Cloud Metrics Reporting. View this report on the Web Console on the Private Metrics Reporting Server or on the Cloud Services Website at the CommCell level.
