Snapshot operations might take a long time to complete for large instances, causing backups to fail on multiple attempts. You can increase the polling interval for AWS snapshot creation status to reduce the number of requests per second.

To the MediaAgent, add the sAmazonRequestPollTimeInSec additional setting as shown in the following table.
