Driverless Recalls Using the Explorer Plug-In

You can perform driverless recalls of archived files using the Explorer Plug-In.

Before You Begin

Enable the Explorer Plug-In.

Procedure

  1. In Windows Explorer, enter the path that contains the archived files.

  2. Based on the data to recall, complete one of the following steps:

    Recall a single file

    Right-click the stub, point to Edge, and then click Recall Data.

    Recall a folder and all the data it contains (but not its sub-folders)

    Right-click the folder, point to Edge, and then click Recall Data.

    Recall a folder and all the data it contains, including all its sub-folders and their contents

    Right-click the folder, point to Edge, and then click Recall Data Recursively.

    These three methods support selecting multiple files or folders using the CTRL + SHIFT keys.
