Prerequisites for the Exchange Mailbox Agent User Mailbox Exchange Online (Through Azure Active Directory) Environment

Before you install the Exchange package, make sure that your Exchange Online (Through Azure Active Directory) meets the prerequisites.

• Set up Windows PowerShell

• Provide service accounts access to mailboxes

• Register the application with Microsoft Azure Active Directory

Restoring Messages to PST and MSG Files

Microsoft Outlook is required only if you want to restore data to PST file and MSG file. In this case, Microsoft Office 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and above must be installed. For more information see, Description of Microsoft Office 2013 Service Pack 1(SP1).
