You can set proxy computers for Network Share IntelliSnap backups at the file system agent level or at the subclient level to balance the load of your computers.
At the subclient level, you can set a proxy computer for IntelliSnap operations, even if you also have a proxy computer at file system agent level.
For NetApp, you can use the multi-node backup copy, but you need to make sure that the following conditions are met:

You don't configure any IntelliSnap proxy computer for IntelliSnap operations, at subclient level.

You configure multiple proxy computers in the Data Access Nodes tab on a subclient or on an agent.
