If a Commvault service is stopped, you can start the service on Windows clients using the Commvault Process Manager.
Note
If a service stops unexpectedly, the system automatically attempts to restart the service every two minutes until it starts successfully.
Procedure

Click Start and point to All Programs.

Click Commvault > Process Manager.

Under the Services tab, right-click a stopped service and then click Start.
