What Is Not Archived

Journal mailboxes not included in the subclient.

Mailboxes configured using Premium Journaling are not archived by default. See Configure Archives of All Mailboxes.
Procedure

From the CommCell Console, expand Client Computers > client > agent.

Right-click the subclient, and then click Archive.
The Archive Options dialog box appears.

Click Immediate.

Click OK.
You can track the progress of the job from the Job Controller.

To view the details of the job after the job is complete, right-click the subclient, and then click Archive History.
The Compliance Archive History Filter dialog box appears.

Click OK.

Right-click the job to:
-
View items that failed during the job.
-
Resubmit the job.
-
View job details, such as the number of mailboxes that were backed up.
-
View events that are associated with the job.

Send the log file that is associated with the job.
