Available Parameters

The following table displays all the parameters you can use with the commands. To add a parameter to your command, use the following syntax: (A example is provided at the end of the table.)

If you want to perform the SnapVault or SnapMirror operations using NetApp files, you must create a storage policy associated with a OnCommand Unified Manager.

Note: This option must be used when creating a library during disk storage pool creation. See, libraryName element for more information on creating a library.

clientGroup/clientGroupName

To associate a client group to the storage pool.

Important:

After storage pool configuration, all the MediaAgents of the client group are automatically:

  • Shared across all the mount paths available in the library using the DataServer-IP transport type

  • Added as a data path on the Global Deduplication Policy

  • Added as a data path on the storage policy associated with the Global Deduplication Policy

    Note: If any new MediaAgent is added to the client group, then it is automatically shared using the DataServer-IP transport type.
