Once you deploy the Virtual Server Agent (VSA) on proxies, you can configure clients, backup sets, and subclients to customize your backup and restore operations.
Note
Instances are protected regardless of the region where the proxy resides. However, for optimal performance, be sure to deploy proxies in the same regions as the instances you wish to protect.
