If you send alert notifications to a local directory, a network share, or the Cloud Services Portal, you can change the amount of time that the alert notifications are retained by using the Notifications Saveas Expiration Days additional setting. The alert notifications that are saved to a local directory are automatically pruned after 20 days.

To the CommServe computer, add the Notification Saveas Expiration Days additional setting as shown in the following table.
