When a copy is configured, the system automatically assigns it a copy precedence number.
By default, the software attempts browse and restore operations from the storage policy copy with the lowest copy precedence. If the data that you want to restore is not available on the copy with the lowest copy precedence, the software will search for the requested data from a copy with the lowest copy precedence number to copy with the highest copy precedence number.
