Use this dialog box to create a new Exchange cleanup policy. Use the General tab to name the policy and define which mailbox types will be cleaned up.
Policy Name
The name of the Exchange cleanup policy.
Include these mailbox types
The selected mailbox types are included in the cleanup operation.

Primary Mailbox
When this check box is selected, the messages in the primary mailbox are cleaned up. This option is selected by default.

Archive Mailbox
(Applies to: Exchange 2010 or later) When this check box is selected, the messages in the Archive Mailbox are cleaned up.

Disabled Mailbox
When this check box is selected, the messages in mailboxes that have been disabled are cleaned up. This option is selected by default.
