Deleting Client Owners for Laptop Backup

You can delete users and groups as client owners from the CommCell Console.

You can also delete laptop client owners using the command line interface:

• Setting Owners on a Client or Client Computer Group

• Setting Owner User Groups on a Client

• Setting Owner User Groups on a Client Computer Group

Procedure

1. From the CommCell Browser, expand Client Computer Groups > Laptop Clients.

2. Right-click the appropriate client and click Properties.

3. In the Client Computer Properties dialog box, click the Security tab.

4. Click the Owners tab and in the Users box, remove the owner.

   To remove CommCell or external user groups as client owners, remove the user group from the User Groups box.

5. Click OK.
