Getting Started with the Dell EqualLogic Storage Array

Step 1: Review Requirements and Supported Agents

Step 2: Add and Configure the Storage Array in the Commvault Software

  1. Review best practices.

  2. In the Commvault software, add and configure the Dell EqualLogic storage array in IntelliSnap Array Management. See Setting Up the Dell EqualLogic Array Using Array Management.

  3. To customize the array to your environment, including the configuration of Remote Snap MediaAgent, edit the Snap Configuration Properties of Dell EqualLogic.

The Dell EqualLogic storage array is now ready to operate.
