Copying or downloading 64-bit macOS media
For SP14, Commvault transitioned from 32-bit macOS to 64-bit macOS software. Therefore, note the following:
-
If you want to use Copy Software to copy the 64-bit macOS (dwn-x8664) media to the software cache, you must first upgrade the CommServe to SP14.
-
If you want to download the 64-bit macOS (dwn-x8664) media, you may need to run an additional download software job after the CommServe is upgraded to SP14.
