Vulnerability with Carbon Black Software
The Carbon Black software interferes with the proper functioning of the Commvault software by locking up binaries.
As a work around, exclude the Commvault installation, job results, index cache, and data folders from monitoring.

Installations and Upgrades for Older Linux Platforms Are Blocked
We have blocked installations and upgrades for Linux platforms with glibc versions earlier than 2.5. The following platforms are blocked:

RH4
-
FreeBSD 7 and 8
-
SuSE Linux 10.x

SuSE Linux 9.x
-
Any Linux x86/x8664 with glibc version earlier than 2.5
Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2017 x86 (32-bit) must be manually Installed for Windows Server 2003 x64 and Windows XP 64-bit clients.
Starting in Service Pack 11, for the software to install successfully, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2017 x86 (32-bit) must be installed manually for Windows Server 2003 64-bit clients and Windows XP 64-bit clients.
