Managing Snapshots from Different Subscriptions

If you want to manage snapshots from different subscriptions, assign the contributor role to an Azure VM in the resource group that you want to manage, add a Microsoft Azure array to the CommServe database, assign the Azure VM with the contributor role to the access node of the array entry, and then set the sAzureArray additional setting.

Procedure

1. In the Microsoft Azure portal, go to the required resource group, and then assign the contributor role to an Azure VM.

2. In the Commvault software, add an entry for the Microsoft Azure array.
