Restore Destinations
You can restore the backed-up MongoDB data to the following destinations:
The restore destinations for MongoDB data are as follows:

In-place restore destination: Restore the data to the same path on the same client from which the database was backed up.

Out-of-place restore destination: You can restore the data to a new set of servers that have the same shard configuration as the source.
Performing Restores
You can perform restores immediately or schedule them through the CommCell Console.
