Repair Software Options (General)

Use this dialog box to repair Commvault packages installed on a client or MediaAgent computer. During the repair process, corrupted packages will be uninstalled and reinstalled.

Reboot Client

Select this option to reboot the client or MediaAgent computer after the repair job finishes.

If you perform the repair job on a client that is not updated with the latest software, the repair job will also install the required updates. The update installation might require a reboot; therefore, make sure to select this option.

Enter system credentials

Select this option to specify a user account with sufficient administrative privileges on the client.
