Setting the Minimum Free Space for the Job Results Directory

The low space threshold limit is the minimum free space to be maintained under the job results directory. By default the minimum is 500 MB. If the amount of free space in the job results directory falls below the specified amount, an event message is generated. The predefined Low disk space on client alert is also generated, if enabled.


  1. From the CommCell Browser, go to Client Computers.

  2. Right-click the client and click Properties.

    The Client Computer Properties dialog box appears.

  3. Click Advanced.

    The Advanced Client Properties dialog box appears.

  4. On the Job Configuration tab, in the Low space threshold on job results folder (MB) box, type a value.

  5. Click OK twice to close the properties dialog boxes.
