If you plan to configure a monitoring policy to upload entire log files to an FTP site, you must set up the FTP location in the CommCell Console. The specified FTP site is used by those monitoring policies that are configured to upload log files.
Procedure

From the CommCell Browser, expand Policies.

Right-click Monitoring Policies and click Properties.

In the in the Monitoring Policy Properties dialog box, specify the following FTP details:

In the FTP Location box, enter the address of the FTP site.
For example, ftpsite.mycompany.com.

In the FTP User Name, Password, and Confirm Password boxes, enter the credentials of a user account with sufficient privileges to access the FTP site.

Click OK.
