If you have been using the Image Level on UNIX or Windows File System Agent to protect your data, then you must transition to Block-Level Backups after you upgrade the clients to version 11 software.
Note: If you want to continue to use the Image Level Agent for backup and restores, you cannot upgrade the client to version 11 software.
