End users can access and manage their messages from any remote computer that runs a Java-enabled Web browser. By using the Web Console as a self-service application, end-users can perform browse, restore, and download operations.

Search
For information about setting up an end-user search page so that users can search through archived messages, see Configuring the End-User Search Page.
Exchange Administrators
Before your end users can use the Web Console, you must configure user permissions.
Exchange End Users
Exchange end users can link to their Exchange Mailbox accounts from the Mail page in the Web Console where they can search for archived mail messages and download them to a local disk.
