You can search for email messages and files by using keywords, filters, and saved searches. The search results can be added to a case in Case Manager or exported to several file formats.
Before You Begin
Complete the setup for Case Manager. For instructions, see Getting Started.
Verify that you have the permissions needed to perform searches in Compliance Search.
From the navigation pane, go to Activate.
The Activate page appears.
Under eDiscovery & Compliance, click Compliance search.
The Compliance search page appears.
In the upper-left area of the page, from the list, select one of the following:
Tip: To set a default value, in the upper-right area of the page, click Preference, and then from the Default search view list, select Email, Email, File, or File.
