Information about the backup activity, subclient content, and backup schedules is divided among several tabs in the Subclient Configuration Information Report.
Subclient Details
The Subclient Details tab contains only the Subclient Details table.
The Subclient Details table displays information about recent backup operations that ran on the subclients, including the schedule, the type of backup operation, and the next backup that is scheduled to run.

CommCell | The CommServe computer. |
Client Group | The client computer group that the client computer belongs to. |
Client | The client computer where the subclient is located. |
Agent | The type of agent software that is installed on the client computer, such as Windows File System and SQL Server. |
Backup Set | The backup set that the subclient belongs to. |
Instance | The instance where the subclient is located. If there is no instance, then the cell appears blank. |
Subclient | The subclient that was backed up. |
Storage Policy | The storage policy that is associated with the subclient. |
Primary Retention | The primary copy and the retention settings that are configured for it. |
Secondary Retention | The secondary copy and the retention settings that are configured for it. If there is no secondary copy, then the cell appears blank. |
Retention Policy | The retention policy that is associated with the subclient. |
Last Full/Synth Full Backup Job ID | The job ID that is assigned to the most recent full backup job or the most recent synthetic full backup job. |
Last Full/Synth Full Data Written Size (GB) | The amount of data that was written for the most recent full backup job or synthetic full backup job. |
Last Full/Synth Full Job Backup Size (GB) | The size of the most recent full backup job or synthetic full backup job. |
Last Incremental Backup Job ID | The job ID that is assigned to the most recent incremental backup job. |
Last Incremental Job Backup Size (GB) | The size of the most recent incremental backup job. |
Last Incremental Data Written Size (GB) | The amount of data that was written for the most recent incremental backup job. |
Subclient Content
The Subclient Content tab includes two tables that display the location of the data that is included in the subclient backup jobs.
Content, Filter, and Filter Exception
The Content, Filter, and Filter Exception table displays the location of data that is backed up as part of the subclient.

Client Group | The client computer group that the client computer belongs to. |
Client | The client computer where the subclient is located. |
Agent | The type of agent software that is installed on the client computer, such as Windows File System and SQL Server. |
Instance | The instance where the subclient is located. If there is no instance, then the cell appears blank. |
Backup Set | The backup set that the subclient belongs to. |
Subclient | The subclient that was backed up. |
Content | The location of the backup content on the client computer. |
Filter | The file that contains filter expressions for data that must be excluded from backup jobs. If there are no filters, then the cell appears blank. |
Filter Exception | The exceptions that are configured for the filter. Filter exceptions allow some filtered content to be included in a backup job if the filtered content meets certain criteria. If there are no filter exceptions, then the cell appears blank. |
Exchange V2 Subclient Content
The Exchange V2 Subclient Content table displays all Exchange user names, associated email aliases, and the location of user mailboxes that are backed up as part of the subclient.

Alias Name | The name of the email address. |
SMTP Address | The SMTP address that is associated with the mailbox. |
Mailbox Status | An indication of whether the mailbox is active. |
Subclient Schedules
The Subclient Schedules tab contains only the Subclient Backup Schedule Details table.
Subclient Backup Schedule Details
The Subclient Backup Schedule Details table displays information about the settings that are configured for backup schedules in the CommCell environment, such as the backup date and time.

Schedule Name | The schedule that controls backups for the subclient. |
Backup Type | The type of backup job that is scheduled to run. |
Schedule Backup Day | The days of the week that the backup job is scheduled to run. |
Schedule Backup Time | The time when the backup job is scheduled to run. |
Schedule Job Pattern | The pattern that the backup job is scheduled to follow, such as Weekly / Every 1 / Repeat Every 8 hr 0 min. |
Schedule Next Backup Time | The date and time when the next backup job is scheduled to run. |
Schedule Time Zone | The time zone that is configured for the schedule, such as the time on the CommServe computer or Eastern Standard Time. |
Schedule Policy | The schedule policy that is associated with the schedule. |
