The Activate E-Discovery For Files view of the License Summary Report displays the amount of file data that was content-indexed for each client computer.
Note: Activate feature usage is metered in Feature Release 22 and later releases.

The Activate E-Discovery For Files license includes file system data that was content-indexed for the Compliance Search (E-Discovery) app.
Where to Access the Report
To view this report, in the License Summary Report, in the Activate License table, under License, click Activate E-Discovery For Files (TB).
Activate Usages Per Client
The Activate Usages Per Client table displays the amount of file system data that were content-indexed for each client computer.
Column | Description |

Client ID | The ID assigned to the client computer. |
Client | The client computer where file system data was content-indexed. |
Used | The amount of file system data that was content-indexed for the client computer. |
Company ID | The ID that is assigned to the company. |
Company | The company that owns the client computer. |
Plan | The plan that is associated with the client computer. |
