The Activate Sensitive Data for Email/Cloud Apps view of the License Summary Report displays the number of Sensitive Data Governance users for each company.
Note: Activate feature usage is metered in Feature Release 22 and later releases.
Included Components
The Activate Sensitive Data for Email/Cloud Apps includes each unique mailbox used as a data source in Sensitive Data Governance projects from the following applications:
Exchange on-premises
Exchange O365
Where to Access the Report
To view this report, in the License Summary Report, in the Activate License table, under License, click Activate Sensitive Data for Email/Cloud Apps (per user).
Activate Users Per Company
The Activate Users Per Company table displays the number of users that consume the license for each company.
Column | Description |
|---|---|
Company ID | The ID that is assigned to the company. |
Company | The company that owns the mailboxes. |
User Count | The number of unique, active mailboxes. |
Plan | The plan that is associated with the client computer. |
