Users can view information about the service CommCell environments that they have permissions for.
You can view the following global information about the service CommCell environments.
Tab | Information |

Dashboard | View information such as environment, SLA, disk space, storage, and health. To view specific information for a CommCell environment, click the information tile on the dashboard, and then click the CommCell environment. |
Jobs | View information for active jobs. You can suspend, kill, and resume jobs that you have permissions for. To view the jobs of a CommCell environment, select the CommCell environment from the filter in the CommCell column. |
Monitoring | View information for alerts and events. To view alerts for a CommCell environment, select the CommCell environment from the filter in the CommCell column. |
Manage | View information for companies, service CommCell environments, users, user groups, and identity servers. |
Procedure
Access the Global dashboard in the following ways:
Go to https://webhost/global.
Complete the following steps:
Log on to the Command Center of the IdP CommCell environment.
In the upper-right corner of the page, from the CommCell list, select Global.
