As an MSP admin, you can use the Infrastructure Pool app to map all the infrastructure that is needed for Office 365 apps to the storage pool. (Office 365 apps include Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure Active Directory). After you run the Infrastructure Pool app, you can create Office 365 apps using information from only the Office 365 application and the server plan.
To browse and restore Office 365 content as an MSP admin, you must be assigned the tenant admin role for the company. For more information, see Reseller Configurations.
