Time Range
You can choose to view the Archive Job Statistics Report based on absolute and relative time ranges.
Search
You can use search filters to control the information that appears in the charts. For more information about the available charts, see Archive Job Statistics Report - Data View.
To filter on any of these options, make your selections and then click Search. 
Search Filters
Client: Allows you to search based on the client on which the recalled file is present. Type the client name and click Search to view the information in histograms, pie charts, and tables.
File: Allows you to search based on the name of the archived file. Type the name of the file and click Search to view the information in histograms, pie charts, and tables.
Process: Allows you to search based on the name of the process that initiated the archive jobs. For example, GXHSMStub. Type the process name and click Search to view the information in histograms, pie charts, and tables.
Archived From: Allows you to search based on the client from where the archive jobs was initiated. Type the client name and click Search to view the information in histograms, pie charts, and tables.
Action: Allows you to search based on the files that got stubbed and stubbing-skipped files.
