Viewing the MediaAgentHealth

Access the MediaAgent Health Report in Web Console on your Private Metrics Reporting Server. This report is available only at the Worldwide level.

Before You Begin

• To view a report that is downloaded from the Commvault Store, you must have a CommCell user account with the following role and association:

  • A role that has the Execute Report permission

  • An association with the CommServe computer that hosts the Web Console

• Download the MA Health Report from Commvault Store.

Procedure

1. Log on to Web Console.

2. Click Reports.

   If a Private Metrics Reporting Server is installed, the Worldwide Dashboard appears.

3. From the navigation pane, click Reports.

4. Click MA Health.

   The MA Health Report appears.

5. In the Media Agent list, select the name of a MediaAgent.

   Data appears in the MediaAgent Health Report table.
