If the only user that is listed as a Cloud CommCell administrator for a CommCell environment leaves the organization, contact Customer Support.
We can demote their user account and promote a different, existing user account as the new Cloud CommCell administrator. The new CommCell administrator can then add or remove users, as needed.
From the Maintenance Advantage Customer Support Portal, contact Customer Support with the following information:
Name and email address for the user that should be demoted
Name and email address for the user that should be promoted
