Advanced filters provide a friendly way of building complex search queries. With "all" or "any" operations, you can use advanced filters to group multiple rules into rule groups. Each filter can have multiple rule groups, and each rule group can contain several rules.
For each rule—

Select the field for which the rule applies.

Select an applicable operation for the field. Operations are based on Salesforce field types.

Fill in the parameters for the operation.
If you want all of the rules inside a particular rule group to match, select All for the rule group. If any criteria can match to be applied, select Any.
Similarly, if you want all rule groups to match, select All for that parent rule group. If any rule group can match, select Any.
