Getting Started with Kubernetes

To get started with Kubernetes, review the supported configurations and the system requirements, add the access nodes, complete the guided setup, assign user permissions, create a service account for authentication, and then perform a test backup and restore.

Procedure

1. Review supported configurations for Kubernetes.

2. Verify that your environment meets the requirements for Kubernetes:

   • System requirements

   • Network and firewall requirements

3. Add the access nodes that you will use for Kubernetes.

4. Complete the guided setup for Kubernetes.

5. Assign the necessary user permissions.

6. Create a service account for authentication.

7. Perform a test backup and restore.
