500 MB of free disk space is required for the log directory

1 TB or more disk volume for ContentStore NFS cache

Supported Firmware Versions of SCSI/HBA/FC Card

The following firmware versions of QLogic HBAs are supported:

  • QLE2562 FW:v7.03.00 DVR:v8.

  • QLE2560 FW:v8.06.00 DVR:v8.

  • QLE2560 FW:v8.07.00 DVR:v8.

  • QLE2460 FW:v8.07.00 DVR:v8.

  • QLE2562 FW:v8.07.00 DVR:v8.


The FC network zoning configuration is required to allow access to the VTL Server FC Target from IBM i servers.
