Recovering From a Failed Rollback

Symptom

The failover is interrupted, and the subsequent rollback operation also fails. Services are not started in the production CommServe host.

Resolution

1. Stop all the services associated with the SQL client in the production CommServe host.

2. From the standby CommServe host, initiate a production failover.
