Backing Up Deleted and Archived Records from Salesforce

Applies to: Full backup operations

You can back up archived records and records that are in the Salesforce recycle bin (deleted).

Procedure

  1. In the CommCell Browser, go to Client Computers > client > Cloud Apps > instance > backup_set.

  2. Right-click the default subclient, point to All Tasks, and then click Properties.

    The Subclient Properties dialog box appears.

  3. On the Content tab, select the Backup archived and deleted records check box.

  4. Click OK.
