Excluding Interactive Jobs from a Blackout Window

You can allow interactive jobs to run when operations are restricted by an operation rule in a blackout window. By default, interactive jobs are not allowed to run when operations are restricted by an operation rule.

Example: Running a job immediately instead of on a schedule is an interactive job.

Procedure

  • To the CommServe computer, add the JMAllowInteractiveJobsRunInOpWindow additional setting as shown in the following table.
