Note
We do not recommend using only the Used Disk Space watermark as the sole criteria for archiving, as this could result in data being archived unintentionally.

Use this space to specify the used disk space high watermark value. When the Used Disk Space checkbox is selected, the mailbox will be skipped if the used disk space is lower than the value specified here.
-
Mailbox Quotas
Specifies whether the mailbox high and low watermarks will be examined. If the mailbox used space is higher than the specified value, the mailbox will be scanned.
After the low watermark is met, the scan will be stopped for this mailbox. Mailbox watermarks are checked against the mailbox’s smallest quota among warning quota, stop sending quota, stop sending/receiving quota. If a mailbox’s quota is set to Use Default, the smallest quota of its database will be used. If there is no quota set at the database level, the mailbox will be considered as no quota set. It will be skipped unless the Mailbox Quotas option is unchecked.

Use this space to enter the URL and host name of the server that will perform the recall. For example: https://exchangeservername
Attachment Filter
Specifies file extension(s) for attachments that you want included or excluded from archive operations regardless of the age/size message rules. Some points to keep in mind for filtering message attachments from archive operations. When attachment filters are not specified, the normal age/size rules are applied to attachments to determine whether they qualify for archiving. For example, if you want to archive attachments based on age and/or size instead of file type, then you would leave the filters blank.
-
Include Attachment Filter:
Displays file extensions for attachments that you want included in migration archiving operations for this subclient, regardless of the age or size rules.
When the Include Attachment Filter is used, it overrides the age/size rules for attachments of the specified type, and archives all attachment types in mailboxes that match the specified pattern regardless of age or size. This is useful for targeting items such as multimedia files to archive them as soon as they are found. For example, you could enter .mp3 as an Include Attachment Filter to archive all mp3 attachments.
-
Exclude Attachment Filter:
Displays file extensions for attachments that you want excluded from migration archiving operations for this subclient, regardless of the age or size rules.
When the Exclude Attachment Filter is used, it overrides the age/size rules for attachments of the specified type, and excludes from archiving all attachment types in mailboxes that match the specified pattern regardless of age or size. This is useful for preventing the archiving of certain file types (such as .exe, .vb, etc.) that you don't want archived.
