Removing the Web Authenticator as an Administrator

You can remove the web authenticator of other users. For example, if a user has lost the web authenticator, you can remove it.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Security.

    The Security page appears.

  2. Click the Users tile.

    The Users page appears.

  3. Do any of the following:

    • In the row for the user, click the action button actions button***use the other one ->86655***, and then click Remove web authenticator.

    • Click the user, go to the Multi-factor authenticator tab, in web authenticator row, click the action button actions button***use the other one ->86655***, and then click Remove web authenticator.

    The Remove web authenticator dialog box appears.

  4. From the Web authenticator name list, select the authenticator that you want to remove.

  5. Enter your password, and then click Confirm.
