You can configure the streams for PostgreSQL data backups.
Procedure

From the CommCell Browser, navigate to <Client> | PostgreSQL | <Instance> | <BackupSet>.

Right-click the <Subclient>, and then click Properties.

Click the Storage Device tab.

In the Number of streams for data backup box for Dump based backups set, type or select the number of data backup streams.

Click OK.
